About Rosella & Kenitra Scott
Legacy Vanguard Scott Group was founded by husband-and-wife leaders Rosella and Kenitra Scott, who bring more than 50 years of combined Army leadership experience to their work with organizations, leaders, and teams. Built on a foundation of discipline, accountability, and service, their partnership reflects the same values they help clients strengthen in the workplace.
Rosella Scott IV is a retired Command Sergeant Major with over 30 years of service and deep experience in workforce strategy, talent acquisition, HR compliance, leadership development, and process improvement. With credentials including MSOL, PMP, SHRM-CP, and LSSGB, he brings a systems-driven approach to helping organizations build stronger teams and more effective operations.
Kenitra Scott is a former First Sergeant with more than 20 years of Army leadership experience and serves as Founder and Chief Executive Coach of Legacy Vanguard Scott Group. She brings expertise in executive & leadership coaching, leadership development, and people-centered growth, with a strong focus on helping leaders communicate effectively, build confidence, and lead with purpose.
